The Gordon Highlanders Museum is home to the treasures of The Gordon Highlanders – one of the most famous regiments in British Army history.

Our collection includes uniforms, silver, weapons, textiles, art and a vast archive of papers, diaries and documents, as well as over 4,000 medals and 11 Victoria Crosses. These items relate to the unique 200-year history of The Gordon Highlanders, as well as looking forward with The Highlanders, 4th Battalion the Royal Regiment of Scotland (4SCOTS).

The collection relating to the Gordons includes the 75th and 92nd Regiments, Volunteer battalions, Militia and associated Service battalions. It also relates to pre-1853 auxiliary regiments in the North East and allied and associated Regiments in the UK and overseas.
