Silver cup from The Gordon Highlanders Museum collection Exhibitions & Collections

The Gordon Highlanders Museum is home to the regimental treasures of The Gordon Highlanders – one of the most famous regiments in the British Army.

Our collection includes uniforms, silver, weapons, textiles, art and a vast archive of papers, diaries and documents, as well as over 4,000 medals and 12 Victoria Crosses. These items relate the unique 200-year history of The Gordon Highlanders from 1794-1994. This includes the 75th and 92nd, the Volunteer Battalions, the Militia and associated Service battalions. It also relates to pre-1853 auxiliary regiments in the North East and the Affiliated, Allied and Associated Regiments overseas.
