The Gordon Highlanders Museum are hosting an exclusive preview of the upcoming exhibition ‘Eric Auld: Painting The Gordon Highlanders’. This recently rediscovered and reunited set of 13 oil sketches by the prolific and much admired North East artist Eric Auld FRSA depicts key moments in the Regiment’s proud two hundred year history.

Join us for this exclusive one-off preview evening on Saturday 28th March 2020 at The Gordon Highlanders Museum.

Format for this informal evening is as follows:

  • 7 for 7.30 Arrival with Drinks Reception
  • 7.30 Presentations from: Ruth Cox our Museum Curator, Deidre Smith daughter of Eric Auld and our local Art Specialist
  • 8.00 to 8.45 Exhibition Preview and Museum Tour
  • 8.45 Onwards Drinks and Light Buffet with Charity Auction
  • Souvenir exhibition catalogue included
